Indoor Bowls Club
Sat & Sun - Closed
Bank Holidays - Closed
The Coronavirus (CV) outbreak is an extraordinary event, one that’s impact on the Community is expected to be very serious.
To minimise the risk of CV spread to the Clarrie Dunbar family of bowlers, I’ve decided it’s better to pre-empt its arrival, rather than react when it arrives.
Therefore, the club will Suspend bowling from 16th March until further notice.
I will keep you updated on this webpage, when I have any further news.
At this stage, I will be planning that the Summer leagues will go ahead as planned on 27th April.
Meanwhile until further notice, the New Opening Hours are as following:
Tuesdays 2pm – 8pm
Thursdays 2pm – 8pm
Players may take this opportunity to pick up any belonging, enter leagues, enter next year’s Nationals, come to the shop, have a coffee or drink at the bar, etc.
You are reminded, current government guidance recommends:
- Regular washing of hands
- Use of Alcohol based hand sanitiser
- Coughing or sneezing into tissues which are then
immediately placed into a bin.
- Don’t touch your face unless hands have been washed
- If you develop symptoms or a cough to self-isolate
Thank you for your support. Brian 14/3/20
In line with the latest Government guidelines Clarrie Dunbar IBC will be closed for all aspects of its business, as from midnight 23rd March.
